Effective date: September 29, 2026. Last updated: September 29, 2026.

The short version

  • This website is run by Done-Rite Plumbing and Rooter, Inc., doing business as The Done-Rite Plumber, CSLB license #998069 (C-36), at 1140 N Kraemer Blvd # D, Anaheim, CA 92806. Using the site means you accept these terms.
  • Prices and specials on the site are starting points, not binding quotes. Your real price is the one we give you in writing at your property before work starts, and that price does not change unless you approve added work.
  • Some site content was drafted with AI tools and reviewed by people. It is general information, not a diagnosis of your plumbing and not professional advice.
  • The site is provided "as is." Our liability for anything arising from the website itself is limited. Work we perform at your property is covered by the written agreement and warranty for that job, not by these website terms.
  • Disputes with us, including about the website and our services, are resolved by individual binding arbitration in Orange County, California, unless you opt out within 30 days. Small claims, complaints to the Contractors State License Board and requests for public injunctive relief are not covered. California law governs. Nothing here takes away rights California law gives you that cannot be waived.
  • Questions: call (714) 605-2950 or email [email protected].

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Done-Rite Plumbing and Rooter, Inc. ("Done-Rite," "we," "us" or "our") covering your use of thedoneriteplumber.com, its subdomains and any content, forms and tools on it (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or requesting service through it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. California residents can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and anyone can turn off analytics and advertising cookies, under Your Privacy Choices.

You must be at least 18 years old to request service, accept a quote or enter into a contract with us. Job applicants may use the careers form if they are at least 16 years old, or any younger age California law allows for the position, and a job application does not create a contract for services. If you request service for a property you do not own, you confirm that you have the owner's authority to do so. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you can bind that business to these Terms.

2. Who we are and what we do

Done-Rite Plumbing and Rooter, Inc. is a plumbing contractor licensed by the California Contractors State License Board, license #998069, classification C-36 (Plumbing), in business since 2014. We provide residential and commercial plumbing services, including drain cleaning and rooter service, sewer line services, water heaters, leak detection, pipe repair and repiping, fixtures, gas lines and water treatment, in Orange County, California. The Site describes those services and lets you request a quote or apply for a job. Service is subject to availability, our service area and our acceptance of the job.

3. Estimates, quotes and pricing

  • Nothing on the Site is a binding quote. Prices, price ranges, "starting at" figures and advertised specials are illustrative and depend on the actual conditions at your property, code requirements, access, materials and the scope of work.
  • Your price is the written price we give you before work begins. We diagnose on site, quote the job in writing, and start only after you approve. That quoted price is the price for the quoted scope. If we find something the quote did not cover, we stop, explain it and get your approval before continuing.
  • No trip charge. We do not charge a fee to come out and quote.
  • Specials and offers are subject to the fine print published with each offer, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, cannot be combined unless stated, and do not apply to work already completed.
  • Payment. Payment is due on completion of the work unless your written agreement says otherwise. We accept cash, credit card, debit card and online payment through our payment link host, GoDaddy Payments (pay.thedoneriteplumber.com). Card payments are processed by our payment processor, which is responsible for the security of your card details under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard; we do not store full card numbers. We do not charge any fee that is not stated on your quote, invoice or signed agreement. Any charge for a returned payment or a late balance is only what your invoice or signed agreement states.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel a scheduled appointment at no charge by calling (714) 605-2950 before the plumber is dispatched. If you sign a contract for work at your home that California law treats as a home solicitation contract, you may cancel it within three business days, or within five business days if you are 65 or older, as explained in the notice of cancellation included with your contract (California Civil Code sections 1689.6 and 1689.7). Materials that were custom ordered with your written approval and cannot be returned to the supplier are non-refundable once ordered, except where the law gives you a right to cancel.

4. Third-party financing

Financing available, terms up to 10 years, through third-party lenders such as Enerbank and Wisetack. Done-Rite is not a lender, does not make credit decisions and does not set financing terms. Any financing agreement is between you and the lender, subject to the lender's credit approval and its own terms, rates and privacy policy. Approval is not guaranteed, and we do not promise any particular rate or payment. Statements about financing on the Site are general and are not an offer of credit.

5. AI-assisted and automated content

Some pages on the Site, including service descriptions, guides, comparisons, glossary entries and answers to common questions, were drafted with the help of artificial intelligence writing tools and then reviewed and edited by people before publication. If we add tools such as a chat assistant, a price estimator or an automated scheduling helper, they may also use AI. You understand and agree that:

  • AI-assisted content and tool outputs are general information and illustrations only. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong for your situation.
  • They are not a diagnosis of your plumbing system, not a quote, and not professional, engineering, legal or safety advice.
  • Human review reduces but does not eliminate errors, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content or tool output.
  • Any figure produced by an estimator or chat tool is non-binding; only a written quote from a Done-Rite plumber after an on-site inspection is a price.
  • Do not enter sensitive personal information into any chat or estimator tool.

6. No professional advice; safety

The Site's guides and articles describe plumbing problems and options in general terms so you can understand what a plumber may find. They are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a licensed plumber. Do not attempt gas line, water heater, sewer or pressurised pipe work based on Site content; some of that work requires a permit and a licensed contractor under California law. If you smell gas, leave the property and call your gas utility or 911. If water is actively flooding, shut off the main valve and call us at (714) 605-2950.

7. Intellectual property and licence to use the Site

The Site and everything on it, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, the "Done-Rite" and "The Done-Rite Plumber" names, the site design and underlying code, are owned by Done-Rite or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site and print or save pages for your personal, non-commercial use in deciding whether to hire us. You may not copy, republish, scrape, frame, sell or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our written permission. Third-party names and logos on the Site (for example Bradford White, Google, Yelp and Angi) belong to their owners and appear only to identify products and review platforms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or request service for a property you have no right to access;
  • use the Site or its forms to send spam, solicitations or anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing;
  • use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Site or harvest content, other than search engines indexing public pages;
  • interfere with the Site's security, attempt to bypass reCAPTCHA or other protections, probe or test vulnerabilities, or introduce malicious code;
  • impersonate Done-Rite, its employees or any other person;
  • use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

We may block, limit or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

9. Your submissions

When you submit a form, send us photos or leave feedback, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant Done-Rite a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use what you submit to respond to you, perform and document the work, and improve our services. We will not publish your review, testimonial, name or photographs of your property in our marketing without your separate permission. We are not obliged to keep submissions confidential except as the Privacy Policy provides.

10. Third-party services and links

The Site links to and works with third-party services, including Google Maps and Google Business Profile, Yelp, Angi, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Tag Manager and Analytics, our payment link host, lenders and, if added, chat or review widgets. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. Links do not imply endorsement.

11. Disclaimer of warranties (website)

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE, ANY CONTENT, OR ANY AI-ASSISTED OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PROPERTY, OR THAT THE SITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS IS MADE ABOUT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE.

This section applies to the Site. Plumbing work we perform is covered by the written agreement and the workmanship warranty stated on your invoice, which is at least one year on labor unless the invoice states a longer term, plus any manufacturer warranty on parts. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, work by others, or conditions we identified and you declined to have repaired.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DONE-RITE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND WEBSITE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF USE OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, ANY AI-ASSISTED OUTPUT, OR THESE TERMS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DONE-RITE FOR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

This section does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or personal injury or property damage caused by our negligence in performing plumbing work, or any other liability that cannot be limited under California law (see section 18).

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Done-Rite and its owners, officers, employees, agents and website providers from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, any information you submit, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. We may take over the defence of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you will cooperate with us.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration agreement below, you and Done-Rite agree that the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Small-claims matters may be brought in the small claims court for Orange County.

15. Dispute resolution: notice, arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration or a lawsuit, the party with a claim must send the other a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought. Notice to Done-Rite goes to Done-Rite Plumbing and Rooter, Inc., 1140 N Kraemer Blvd # D, Anaheim, CA 92806, or [email protected] with the subject "Dispute notice." Notice to you goes to the email or mailing address you gave us. The parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute within 60 days of the notice.

Binding arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and Done-Rite agree that any claim arising out of or related to the Site, these Terms or our relationship, including claims about the validity or scope of this section, will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules if AAA is unavailable, in Orange County, California, before a single arbitrator. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could award to the individual party, and must follow these Terms and applicable law. Arbitration fees will be allocated under the administrator's consumer rules; for claims under $10,000, Done-Rite will pay the filing and arbitrator fees beyond what you would have paid to file in court, unless the arbitrator finds the claim frivolous. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek an injunction in court to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorised access to the Site. Claims about plumbing work performed under a separate written contract are governed by that contract's dispute terms, and nothing here limits your right to file a complaint with the Contractors State License Board.

Public injunctive relief. Nothing in this section waives your right to seek public injunctive relief (relief whose primary purpose and effect is to prohibit unlawful acts that threaten future injury to the general public) in any forum. Any claim for public injunctive relief will be severed from the arbitration and decided by the courts identified in section 14, and that court proceeding will be stayed until the individual claims and relief have been decided in arbitration. The arbitrator may not award public injunctive relief.

Class-action and jury waiver. YOU AND DONE-RITE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, AND THAT BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION EACH WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of different people or preside over any class or representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will proceed in the courts identified in section 14, and the rest of this section still applies to all other claims.

30-day right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms to Done-Rite Plumbing and Rooter, Inc., 1140 N Kraemer Blvd # D, Anaheim, CA 92806, or by email to [email protected] with the subject "Arbitration opt-out," stating your name, address, phone number and that you opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms Done-Rite, other users or third parties. Sections 5 through 15 and 17 through 19 survive termination.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Material changes take effect 15 days after posting, or immediately for new features and legal requirements. Continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the updated Terms. Changes to the arbitration section do not apply to disputes for which a notice was sent before the change.

18. Your rights under California law; general terms

Consumer rights preserved. Nothing in these Terms, including the disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration and class-action waiver, limits or waives any right or remedy you have under California law that cannot be limited or waived by contract. That includes your rights under the Consumers Legal Remedies Act (any waiver of which is void under California Civil Code section 1751), the Contractors State License Law, the home solicitation cancellation rights described in section 3, and California's implied warranty and unfair competition laws. If any part of these Terms conflicts with such a right, that part does not apply to the extent of the conflict.

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Done-Rite about the Site. A separate signed contract governs any plumbing work.
  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a successor of our business.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including utility outages, supply shortages, severe weather, epidemics and government action.
  • Electronic communications. You agree to receive notices from us electronically at the email address you provide, and that electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
  • Accessibility. Our commitment to accessible service is set out in our Accessibility Statement.
